• What are the shipping rates?
  We charge a flat fee of $6.95 for domestic and international orders. A 1.9% handling fee also applies. Custom duties may apply in some countries and are the customer's responsibility.
  
  

• What is your back-order policy?
  If you order an out-of-stock item from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. TheMicroComputer will not charge your credit card for back-ordered items until we ship your order. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships.

• What can be returned?
  All products are returnable IF the product is in the same condition as when purchased. Custom items are not returnable.
